Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

My favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is the original Nestle Tollhouse recipe. No modifications, the original recipe is delicious as is and is a family favorite. Today, I baked them with a twist as chocolate chip cookie cups to make ice cream cookie cups!

Servings 12
What You'll Need:
  • 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 sticks Butter (Softened)
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chcolate Morsels
  • 1 cup Walnuts (Chopped)
Instructions
    What To Do:
  1. In a medium mixing bowl add together all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda).

In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl whip butter then add in sugars and vanilla until creamy.

Add in eggs one at a time.

    Slowly mix in dry ingredients.

Stir in chocolate chip morsels and nuts.

Use muffin cups and fill halfway.  Using a tablespoon press or 'dig' a hole in each one.  If you have a muffin pan flip upside down and form a cookie shell around each.

Bake at 375f for 10 mins or until slightly golden around the edges.  If you used muffin cups it will puff up but as it cools will sink back down.

    Enjoy!
