This delicious fruit & veggie popsicles are a family favorite especially during the hot summer months!  The spinach mixed in is a great way to add in some veggies too.  Dairy free for my food allergy kiddo using oat milk and coconut vanilla yogurt it can easily be swapped for regular dairy milk and dairy yogurt.  Short on time?  No problem just use your favorite juice but layer the yogurt on the bottom!
