Quick, freezer-friendly sandwiches your kids will love. My kids absolutely love Uncrustables—and honestly, I get it. Soft, sealed sandwiches with no crusts in sight? Total lunchbox win. But buying them all the time? Not so budget-friendly… especially when you’re packing multiple lunches a day. It adds up quickly so I’ve been making them at home and it only takes a few minutes.
This sandwich maker is my favorite of the ones I’ve bought. No ripping, no uneven edges, easy to use to make perfect little sandwiches ready for the freezer or lunch.
Ingredients:
- Soft sandwich bread (any kind)
- Peanut butter, jelly, or preferred fillings
- Sandwich cutter/sealer tool
Instructions:
- Lay out two slices of bread. Add your filling in the center of one slice (don’t spread to the edges).
- Top with the second slice and press down using the sandwich cutter/sealer tool.
- Discard or save the crusts (see next recipe!).
- Store in an airtight container or freeze for later.
Tip: Use fresh, soft bread for the best seal. These are perfect for meal prepping school lunches!
