After the rush of the holidays and with cooler weather forecasted for the foreseeable future it’s finally time for soup! I love making soup year round but nothing beats a hot and delicious bowl of soup to warm you up on those chilly nights. This creamy sausage and kale soup inspired by one of my favorite soups from Olive Garden is quick and easy to make. It only takes about 30 minutes to prepare from the prep to serving it to your table making it the perfect weeknight meal to add into your recipe rotation.
