Summertime is the perfect time to fire up the grill and change up the menu! We have a few family favorites but today I’m sharing how to make these quick & easy shrimp skewers! I love bringing this dish to a BBQ or get together because it goes great with just about anything as a side or can be a main entree for those that don’t eat meat.
1. Wash and peel/devein shrimp (if not already done).
2. Soak in water with 2 tbsp salt and go fire up the grill.
3. Remove and pat dry.
4. Lay the shrimp out on baking sheet.
5. Drizzle olive oil, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
6. Skewer and grill.
