Luckily more companies now a days are trying to offer healthier food options for busy individuals and families! I was excited to find Splendid spoon and try out their healthier meal options especially since they offered food items were food allergy friendly!

Kicking off 2022 with a healthy and convenient food delivered right to my door is an easy way for me to keep on track!
What is it.
As a mom of 6 soon to be 7 you can imagine the meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking that goes behind feeding my large family. So when it comes to breakfast and lunch I tend to just snack on whatever is on hand which is not always my healthiest option.
Splendid Spoon offers healthy plant based, ready to go meals which helps me stay on track with my healthy eating goal! It is really convenient for me to take out a smoothie or bowl to drink or heat up and eat within minutes. Splendid Spoon has smoothies, soups, grain bowls and noodles.

Our Favorites
One of my favorite things is that some of the items are food allergy friendly for my son. He has several severe food allergies and I was amazed that our recent Splendid Spoon box had a few items he could eat. His favorite was the butternut squash noodle bowl.
The best part is the clean ingredients, all of the ingredients gluten free, non – GMO, no added sugar, easy to read and recognizable.
